Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to Rentals with Paternoster Stays.

  • No pets are accepted on any of our Rental Premises
  • We do not accept Credit Cards or Cheques for Payments or Deposits. Direct Deposit or Funds Transfer only. Should you have any other method you may wish to discuss please contact us.
  • You take full responsibility for maintaining the premises and contents in perfect condition during your stay. Any missing items or breakages will be charged for. Please report any apparent breakages or problems immediately upon arrival.
  • If you have any problems or concerns during your stay, please contact us.
  • A 50% deposit of the full cost is required on acceptance of booking, within 7 days, to secure it.
    In High Season (see specific property page) FULL payment is required by no later than 21 days before arrival
  • We will email a booking form to you for completion and signature
  • Proof of payment and the signed booking form must be faxed to
    +27(0) 86 538 6529
  • Balance of cost is payable on arrival.
  • Cancellations:
    · Cancellation on day of arrival or during stay: forfeit full amount due
    · Cancellation less than 28 days prior: forfeit 50% of full amount
    · Cancel more than 28 days prior: forfeit 10% of full amount
    · Note: All refunds are minus bank charges and/or other commissions
  • Paternoster Stays reserves the right to change any arrangement where neccessary, for reasons such as changes in local conditions or circumstances beyond our control. The client, in such cases, shall be entitled to a full refund of their deposit.
  • Check in Time is 15H00 (or by arrangement)
  • Check out time is not later than 11H00 (or by arrangement)
